Dr. Ted H. Omura, DC, QME
Dr. Omura is the founder of SCORE Clinic in 1998. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at UCLA. He completed his graduate education at Palmer College of Chiropractic West to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
He continued his post-graduate education to become a certified chiropractic sports physician, a strength and conditioning specialist, and a qualified medical examiner. Dr. Omura has been practicing chiropractic for thirteen years. He is also certified in Active Release Technique, Graston Technique and Kinesio Taping.
In addition to being clinic director, Dr. Omura has offered his San Jose chiropractic services to the community through different events as the event chiropractor/first-aid to:

An accomplished martial artist for 15 years, Dr. Omura also works closely with many MMA Fighters as well as Ernie Reyes’ West Coast Martial Art Studios, Cung Le’s Martial Arts Training Centers, Ultimate Fighting Championship Fighters, and Unlimited Kickboxing. In addition to martial arts, he treats many San Jose Sharks Players and other local pro atheletes. He also works with several local high school sports teams.
Dr. Omura grew up in Los Altos and currently resides in Almaden Valley. He enjoys golfing, mountain biking, coaching baseball and especially spending time with his family. Dr. Omura is a proud father to his son, Brandon (11) and his daughter, Taylor (9).
Dr. Tomo Harada, DC
Dr. Tomo has a B.A. in International Culture from Teikyo University in Japan. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2009. He is fluent in Japanese and English. He is an AA volleyball player and has played for over 20 years. In his spare time he enjoys working out, volleyball and walking his dog.
Dr. Brandon Boothe, DC
Dr. Boothe joined SCORE clinic after graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, CA. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and received the Clinical Excellence Award, an honor given to distinguish his quality patient care. Prior to attending Palmer, he completed a Bachelors of Science in Biology.
As a former NCAA Division I student-athlete at Brigham Young University, Dr. Boothe understands the importance of proper care and maintenance of the human body. A low-back injury led him to search for treatment options to help alleviate his symptoms, influencing his decision to pursue a degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
In addition to chiropractic care, Dr. Boothe has also been trained in sports and soft tissue injuries including rehabilitation and corrective exercise. His current certifications include: Active Release Technique (A.R.T), Graston Technique and Rocktape/Kinesiology taping.
Dr. Boothe spent three months with the United States Men’s Waterpolo team; where he treated and helped train the athletes in preparation for the 2012 London Olympics. He has been a medical team member at the Kona Ironman World Championship, Susan G. Koman 3-Day for the cure, Sea Otter Classic, North Face Endurance Challenge, and other athletic events. Since joining SCORE clinic Dr. Boothe continues his passion and takes pride in helping patients feel their best and perform at their highest level.
He currently lives in the San Jose area and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, along with his continued passion for sports.
Hilda Alvarado, Office Manager
Hilda Alvarado is our office manager. She manages the front office including patient scheduling, orthopedic supplies, insurance receivables and numerous other tasks. Hilda is the first to greet you with a smile, and the last to say goodbye. Hilda comes to us with many years of hotel hospitality experience. She originally came to Dr. Omura as a patient from a motor vehicle accident. Dr. Omura remembered her great spirit and commitment as a patient, and knew he needed her to run his front office. Hilda has been with SCORE Clinic from the first day we opened here in Willow Glen. Hilda is bi-lingual in Spanish and is a key player to the success of SCORE Clinic.
When Hilda is not here at SCORE Clinic, she enjoys reading, playing with her pets, and dancing. She also is an excellent cook and frequently shares her excellent cullinary skills with us.
Amanda Sims, Front Office Administrator
Amanda is a recent graduate of Everest College. She is responsible for handling all the patient information, insurance eligibility, payments and patient interaction. Amanda is a great asset to our team. She brings her bright personality to our office. She makes all the patients (and staff) feel welcome.
Amanda lives in San Jose and enjoys hiking, watching movies and shopping.
Gino Camarillo, MA
Gino Camarillo is our medical assistant. He is a graduate of Silicon Valley College, completing his Medical Assistant Diploma. Gino is responsible for patient setup, back office triage, patient stretching, patient exercise and much more. His job is essential to the clinic, in keeping all the patient treatments running smoothly and in a timely order. The doctors rely heavily on Gino to “flow” the back office.
Gino is a great asset to SCORE Clinic and is dedicated to patient care. Outside of the office, Gino enjoys being a father to his seventeen year old son, Jon and his precious four year old daughter, Olivia. He is an avid fisher and loves the outdoors.
Tisha Sanchez de Tagle, CMT
Tisha joined SCORE Clinic over two years ago. She has been a very dedicated massage therapist for us. Her massage techniques were excellent when she began and have become only better. Tisha gives one of the deepest deep tissue massages and has recently incorporated the stone massage to her repertoire.
Tisha lives in San Jose and is busy raising her two children, Noah (19) and Maya (11) with her husband Frank.
Najet Raffoul,CMT
Najet Raffoul is a natural healer with over five years of experience in massage therapy. Certified in sports massage, deep tissue, Shiatsu, Swedish, and Pre-natal, she also has knowledge in trigger point therapy and the ancient art of Ayurveda.
On her days off, you will find Najet at San Jose State University working on completing her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or interning at West Valley College with their head athletic trainers.
Najet, being an athlete herself, has an extensive knowledge of human anatomy as well as sports related injuries.
William Stevenson, CMT
William Stevensen has a natural talented touch that he customizes to each client. He graduated from National Holistic Institute 720hr program, and is currently in National Holistic Institute’s advanced neuromuscular 400hr program. William is trained in many different modalities but specializes in sports massage, deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point therapy, and is a health educator. William has been an athlete him self in many different contact sports such as football, Greco-Roman wrestling, submission wrestling, and kickboxing.
You will find William on his days off taking his 10 year old daughter to her hockey practice.
